What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

How much do you charge for shipping, packaging and handling?

For a single bracelet, we charge £4.50 to the UK, £8.50 for international sales. For a stack of three the cost is £5.50, and £9.50. We post all items recorded, first class delivery.

Can I make a return?

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer returns. However, if your bracelet arrives and it appears to be in any way faulty (this hasn't happened yet!), we will do everything in our power to rectify the problem and if that isn't possible we will happily offer a full refund.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We will ship out your order as quickly as possible. Expect a delivery time of 3-10 working days for domestic orders. International orders vary but can be expected to take 2 weeks. In some cases it might take longer depending on the destination country's customs regulations.
